Commitment to Care provides safe, recovery-focused housing and supportive services for men and women rebuilding their lives after opioid use disorder, substance use disorder, and alcohol use disorder. Through stable homes, peer support, and a strong sense of community, we help residents move toward independence and long-term recovery.

Commitment to Care, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and Indiana DMHA-Certified Level 3 Recovery Residence community dedicated to providing recovery-focused housing and peer support services for individuals with substance use disorder (SUD), alcohol use disorder (AUD), and opioid use disorder (OUD) transitioning toward independence.
Our recovery housing and support programs for both men and women are based in Muncie, Indiana, where we’re building a model for stable, recovery-focused housing that can grow across the state.

We reduce financial barriers by providing recovery housing scholarships and assistance with basic needs, transportation, employment-related expenses, identification documents, and other costs associated with rebuilding a stable life.
Our goal is to ensure that financial hardship does not prevent someone from accessing safe housing or continuing their recovery.
We provide peer recovery support, encouragement, and practical guidance to the individuals living in our recovery homes.
We also help residents connect with employment opportunities, transportation, community resources, and appropriate treatment providers as they work toward greater independence and long-term recovery.

We offer recovery-focused housing, scholarships that remove financial barriers, and warm connections to community resources. We partner with local providers for clinical services while we focus on housing, support, and dignity.
