Application process
Individuals interested in living at Commitment to Care must complete a Housing Application. The application is used to determine eligibility for recovery housing and to support coordination with referral partners, courts, and funding sources.
Please note:
- The application includes questions related to recovery history, treatment participation, medical and clinical considerations, legal status, and housing logistics
- Submission of an application does not guarantee placement
- Incomplete applications may delay review
